The ALLM is an incorporated association of independent liquor licensees who wish to operate with best practice in and build upon Melbourne’s vibrant bar culture through proactively working with all stakeholders in the pursuit of the appropriate amenity balance for all, recognizing and managing changes to that balance over time.

The ALLM acts as a common voice and facilitator between its members and other stakeholders to resolve issues and develop and grow the industry towards agreed aims for mutual and shared benefits.

The ALLM has been formed in response to Victoria’s Alcohol Action Plan 2008-2013 (VAAP) and seeks to be one of the key stakeholders who are consulted in the implementation of strategies that affect the industry.
